VILLA FENTE

A modern villa defined by contrast, Fente explores the relationship between solidity and openness, privacy and connection. The design is expressed through a solid, monolithic outer facade and a single precise opening that leads into a hidden central garden — the spatial heart of the composition.

From the exterior, the villa appears closed and protective, with a restrained architectural language that emphasizes its strong geometric form. As the main opening is approached, the character of the house gradually unfolds, revealing a serene courtyard at its core. The courtyard brings natural light, ventilation, and landscape deep into the plan, creating a continuous connection between the interior spaces and the garden. Carefully framed openings allow the landscape to become part of the interior experience while maintaining a sense of privacy and enclosure.

Fente is more than an opening in the facade; it is the defining architectural gesture that transforms a seemingly enclosed volume into a layered spatial experience — where light, landscape, and movement shape the way the villa is experienced.
